DESCRIPTION:March of the Living 2025\nAn Unforgettable Experience for High School Juniors and Seniors in the Palm Beaches. \nMarch of the Living 2025\nMarch of the Living is a two-week international educational program that brings Jewish teens from all over the world to Poland on Holocaust Memorial Day (Yom HaShoah)\, where they will march from the notorious Auschwitz concentration camp to Birkenau\, the largest concentration camp complex built during World War II. \nAfter this poignant experience\, our group will travel to Israel to observe Israel’s deeply moving memorial day (Yom HaZikaron)\, followed by experiencing the joy and inspiration surrounding Israel’s independence day (Yom HaAtzmaut). \nJewish Federation of Palm Beach County is proud to partner with March of the Living – which is deeply committed to educating teens on the lessons of the Holocaust and leading the Jewish people into the future\, vowing “never again!” \nCost to be determined. Greenwald is a senior executive at Amazon Web Services serving as the Global Head for Digital Assets and Financial Innovation. Michael also represents Amazon on the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Technology Advisory Committee. Previously\, he was a managing director of Digital Asset Education and Chief Geopolitical Risk Officer for global wealth and asset management firm AlTi Tiedemann Global. He was the first U.S. Treasury attaché to Qatar and Kuwait\, acting as the principal financial diplomat to the banking sector in those nations\, and\, prior\, he was in policy and intelligence roles in Europe and Africa for two presidential administrations from 2010-2017.\nHe is a former adjunct professor at Columbia University\, a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council as well as Center for New American Security\, and Deputy Director of the Trilateral Commission. He was a former fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center where he wrote and published over 50 articles. He holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University\, a Master’s from Boston University’s Frederick S.
